About Us

Sirius Conference & Events was founded in 1999 to provide clients with high quality professional solutions for their presentations.


With over 60 years experience in the live events industry, the Sirius management team knows only too well that the key to any successful event is created in the critical planning stage.


From the initial enquiry through to the post show de-brief meeting, your Sirius Project Manager will personally guide you through every stage of the production.


From our offices in Stratford-upon-Avon, Sirius Project Managers work on hundreds of events throughout the world each year and will advise on every element of your event.

Our in house streaming hub allows us to manage & distribute calls from many platforms including Zoom & Skype alongside presentations from anywhere on the planet. Utilising the latest equipment along with full technical support from our experienced dedicated technical team will ensure a first class service, that guarantees an event that is right for you & your budget. Each event benefits from an inhouse high speed wired internet line coupled with a dedicated 4G redundancy connection, direct to our studio control room. The studio can integrate with a clients’ own platform or we can offer a bespoke platform integrating secure registration, related content, live Q+A, polling, exhibitor/sponsor areas & more.

We can also offer event pre-recording so whether you wish to record a single presenter or a full production we can help with ensuring your message is captured, our inhouse team can help with onsite or remote recording, editing & distribution.

With offices close to the heart of the U.K. motorway network and our position close to the N.E.C. in Birmingham, Sirius technicians are seen at many of the major international exhibitions throughout the U.K.


Our clients’ requirements also take us into Europe where our teams can be seen at exhibitions & events spanning many industry sectors including Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Technology & Property from Brussels to Barcelona and from Copenhagen to Cannes.
